High School Changemaker Challenge Registration Form

Each team (or individual student) should fill out this registration form by midnight on December 4, 2026. However you best express yourself, you can upload that file into this form. You are allowed one upload (video, PDF, image, audio, art picture, etc.). If you have a video that is too large, upload it to YouTube and share the link.
