Road Trip Hosting Form 2023

Road Trip 2023 – Feb 24 – Feb 26

Please submit this form by Friday, February 10, 2023. All student hosts must be approved by the Dean of Students' office prior to being assigned a Road Tripper. Only one registration, per room, is required.

Host and roommate(s) must attend one of the following mandatory meetings:

Monday, February 20 – 11:00 AM
Monday, February 20 – 4:00 PM
Tuesday, February 21 – 11:00 AM
Tuesday, February 21 – 4:00 PM

All meetings will be held in the Ridgway University Center, Eykamp Hall Room 252. There will be a great deal of information presented so it is necessary that you attend.

Waivers, that allow you to host, must be signed by the host and roommate(s) at the meeting. Host and roommate(s) do not have to attend the same session. If you are hosting, please plan on spending time with your Road Tripper. In addition to the waiver, you will be asked to complete a background check (the Office of Admission will cover the fee). Even if your roommate will not be on campus that weekend, they still need to sign a waiver and complete a background check or sign a waiver stating they will not enter the room while the Road Tripper is there.
